What’s the Process?
1. Getting to Know Your Vision
We start your custom campervan conversions journey with a proper chat about what you’re looking for — layouts you like, how you’ll use the van, your must-haves, your vibe and your budget.
2. Shaping Your Build
We shape the key details: layout, cabinetry style, appliances, heating/water systems, electrics, and any big decisions that define how your van will function and feel.
3. Your Custom Quote
Once your spec is pinned down, we put together a clear written quote tailored exactly to your chosen layout and features — simple, transparent, and specific to you.
4. Securing Your Build Slot
When you’re happy to go ahead, a £1,000 deposit locks in your place in the schedule.
5. Pre-Build Planning
Around one month before we begin, we meet to finalise colours, handles, finishes, and all the visual details that make the van feel like you.
At this point we also take a 40% payment, allowing us to order materials and get everything prepped behind the scenes.
6. Build Preparation & Start
We take your van into the workshop roughly one week before your start date, getting it checked over and ready to roll.
Once the build begins, the NC team get stuck in — cabinetry, electrics, water systems, finishing touches — turning your layout from ideas on paper into a handcrafted living space built with proper joinery, quality materials, and a whole lot of pride.
7. Progress Updates
Throughout the build, you’ll have access to our project app to see photos, updates, and what stage your van is at. We aim to give weekly updates so you can follow the journey in real time.
The remaining balance is split into three staged payments at:
• 4 weeks into the build • 8 weeks into the build • Final payment on completion
8. Handover Day
Once your van is finished, we walk you through every part of your new home on wheels — systems, storage, controls, maintenance tips — and answer any questions. Collection happens at our workshop, and you drive away ready for adventure.

Bespoke Conversions: Price Transparency
A Bespoke Build is the ultimate expression of our craftsmanship. Conversion pricing varies based on the vehicle size and complexity:
Small Vans (e.g., T6/Transit Custom with Poptop): Conversions start from £26,000 (Ex VAT).
Large Vans (e.g., Sprinter/Crafter with Shower & Belted Seats): Conversions start from £47,000+ (Ex VAT).
This cost secures a true custom layout, hand-finished cabinetry. (Excludes the base vehicle).
