Shipping costs start at:

£5.95 for Water & diesel heaters

£12.99 for fridges

£24.99 for solar panels (due to their size)

Orders over £600 qualify for free shipping

Most items dispatch next working day with 2-5 working day delivery. If there's any stock or delivery issues, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

Solar panels are currently built to order, so expect delivery within a couple of weeks (contact us for exact timescales)

There may be additional shipping charges, we'll let you know if this is the case 

Although we don't usually offer postage to EU / International, please get in touch if its something ou require and we'll see what we can do

 If you are not satisfied with the product received, or if there is any manufacturing defects, we are always happy to replace or refund. For a full refund we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the product. 

We also allow you to return products if you change your mind. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You will need to cover the cost of postage for these though.

1 year on Bobil branded water heaters

3 year warranty

2 years for supplied units, or 3 years if fitted by an approved installer (like us!).

We do also complete warranty work for these heaters, as we're an Autoterm approved installer & warranty provider
